Our Policies

We ask that our policies be considered as indispensable rules, and not as restrictions. This will allow us to provide high standards of service.

Appointments

To make an appointment; please contact us directly by calling 901-388-8887.

• When you have future appointments, we recommend that you schedule those in advance to ensure your preferred time is available. Keep in mind afternoons and Saturdays are the most requested times.
• A telephone call reminder to confirm your appointment by our staff will take place a day or two before your booked appointment. When should I arrive?
• We would ask for you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. If you are a new patient, we require you to fill out brief medical history information and a consent form.
• If your appointment scheduled consists of laser treatments, special peels, or dermal fillers we recommend you arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that we can properly prepare your skin for the treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellation fees are unfortunately necessary due to unavoidable expenses and valuable time allocated to clients and patients when they make the appointments.

Same day cancellation fee is $100.

Refunds

We have a no refund policy. With management approval, credits may be given in lieu of refunds.
